By accessing or using AnalogList, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Description of Service

AnalogList is a digital tool for tracking and organizing analog media collections including books, vinyl records, board games, puzzles, and comics. The service includes both free and premium subscription tiers.

User Accounts

Account Creation

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AnalogList. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Subscription and Billing

Free Tier

The free tier allows up to 2 active lists with full features. Free users retain access to all tracking and sharing capabilities.

Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions provide unlimited lists and additional features. Subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account. Refunds are subject to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of the lists, notes, and other content you create. By making a list public, you grant us a license to display that content to other users.

Content Guidelines

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Impersonate others
• Spam or abuse the service
• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission

Intellectual Property

AnalogList and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AnalogList and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Item metadata (titles, authors, cover images) is sourced from third-party databases and remains the property of respective rights holders.

Third-Party Services

AnalogList integrates with third-party services for catalog data, payment processing, and analytics. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

AnalogList is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Data Accuracy

Catalog data is provided by third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of item metadata.

Limitation of Liability

AnalogList shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes when possible.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AnalogList operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
